Our Journey
2006
Louie Slade begins his construction career, starting on site and gaining hands-on experience across multiple roles in the industry.
2011-2018
Louie starts and scales several successful businesses, three of them in construction; domestic builders, brickwork subcontractor, and principal contractor.
2018-2024
Slade Property Group was formed in 2019 initially as an accountancy and business strategy consultancy while Louie continued developing his career as a Principal Designer.
Today
Based in London and Hertfordshire, Slade Property Group has evolved into a specialist construction compliance consultancy delivering CDM Principal Designer, Building Regulations Principal Designer advisory, and Building Safety consultancy across individual projects, complex refurbishments, and multi-asset programmes.

Founder & Director
Louie Slade built his career from the ground up, beginning as a bricklayer before progressing into management, surveying, and business leadership. With more than twenty years of industry experience and over £625 million in project value delivered, he brings a deep and practical understanding of construction from multiple perspectives.
Louie combines practical insight with strategic thinking to make compliance clear, efficient, and genuinely valuable. Through Slade Property Group, he leads the delivery of Principal Designer, Building Regulations, and specialist construction compliance services, supporting clients and project teams where regulatory requirements demand clear structure, practical judgement, and dependable governance.
Through Slade Property Group, he works with developers, local authorities, housing associations, designers, and contractors to deliver Principal Designer services and practical compliance advice that supports safe, efficient, and well-governed projects.
Outside of work, Louie enjoys travelling and expanding his group structure through strategic investments.
