Alterations to the existing building to create an additional 5nr residential units and amenity space. The proposed will be facilitated by extension to the rear elevation, mansard roof and a single-story extension above the ground floor commercial space, creating a communal garden to the centre of the site, at first floor level. The existing office to the retail area will also be converted into another residential unit.

The proposal also seeks to connect the site to the Camborne Avenue elevation, replacing the existing steps with a new residential frontage.
