Phased redevelopment of a former office building in Thame, combining retained commercial space with the conversion of 11,000 sq ft into 20 one and two-bedroom apartments. The scheme also includes external enhancements, balconies, recessed terraces and landscaped gardens, with proposals for two new-build houses.
